This sprint marks the start of Connections 2.0 — a ground-up rethink of how families interact with funeral homes online. We also shipped paperwork enhancements, a complete package details redesign, drag-and-drop media uploads, and a new implementation tracker for client onboarding.
Connections 2.0
Connections 2.0 is a major evolution of the family-facing arrangement experience. This sprint laid the infrastructure and admin UI foundations that everything else will build on.

The package details page received a complete visual overhaul with new pricing features.

- Package Savings - Clear display of savings when selecting a package vs. individual items
- Allowance Pricing - Support for allowance-based pricing models
- Product Selection Consolidation - Unified product selection flow across showroom and selection guide modes
Media Upload Improvements
- Drag & Drop Upload - Drop files directly onto the upload area
- Drag Reorder - Rearrange media items by dragging them into the desired order
- Image Cropping - Built-in image cropper for adjusting photos before upload
- Batch Upload - Upload multiple files at once with progress indicators
Implementation Tracker
A new tool for tracking client onboarding progress. Implementation managers can now monitor setup status, track completion milestones, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Arranger 2.0 Continued
Building on the 2026.3 foundation, the arranger received further enhancements:

What's Next?
Sprint 2026.5 will focus on bringing Connections 2.0 to full feature parity with package and product support, role-based page flows, and family-facing guided entry. We're also working on a distributed token cache and enhanced help text features.
