Sprint 2026.10 is all about insight and scale. See exactly how families move through the Arranger with new per-case analytics, roll reporting up across your organization with Corporate DOMO aggregation, and give administrators the flexibility to manage one user across multiple companies and funeral homes — each with its own roles. Add a fresh wave of Arranger 2.0 polish and new obituary workflow triggers, and this release helps you understand your families better and run your business at scale.
Per-Case Arranger Analytics
Ever wondered how families actually move through the Arranger — where they spend time, where they go back, and where they finish? Now you can see it. Every case overview includes a new analytics section that captures the family's journey through the arrangement, from first page to finalize.
What's new:
- Journey Timeline — A visual path of the pages the family visited, in order, with back-navigation flagged
- Time-on-Page Chart — A duration chart ordered by page flow so you can spot where families slow down
- Summary Tiles — At-a-glance totals for the arrangement session right on the case overview
- In-Progress Awareness — Unfinalized cases read as "In Progress" rather than abandoned
- Combined Printing — SSRS reports are now included in batch and combined paperwork printing across both V1 and V2
Corporate DOMO Analytics
DOMO reporting now rolls up to the corporate level. A new aggregation layer combines data across the companies in your organization into corporate datasets, with a configuration page to control what's included and a scheduled sync that keeps everything current.
- Corporate Datasets — Aggregated reporting data spanning every company in the corporation
- Configuration Page — Choose what flows into the corporate datasets and how it maps
- Scheduled Sync — A background job keeps the corporate datasets refreshed automatically
- New Permissions — Dedicated View and Manage permissions so corporate analytics access is controlled separately
Multi-Company User Assignment
One person, many locations. Administrators can now assign a single user to multiple companies and choose that user's roles per funeral home in each — so someone can be a Funeral Director at one company and Back Office at another, with permissions that resolve correctly wherever they're working.
- Company Roles Editor — A redesigned Company Access tab where you add companies and pick roles per funeral home in each
- Home Company Protected — Each user's home company is clearly marked and can't be removed
- Per-Company Permissions — Effective permissions resolve against the company that owns each funeral home, not a single home company
- Smarter Users List — The Corporate Users list now shows everyone in the corporation, with a company-count column, a quick search box, and Solution Center Identity status at a glance
Arranger 2.0 Enhancements
A steady wave of polish across the Arranger 2.0 experience — more control over layout and presentation, and a smoother product-browsing flow for families.
- Split-Layout Backgrounds — Per-zone background images and overlays in the Split design, plus configurable sidebar columns and widths
- Smarter Showroom — Respects your configured column count, adds a show-all-products toggle, and can auto-open the showroom
- Full-Size Product Details — A richer full-size product details experience for browsing
- Package Detail Redesign — A refreshed package detail overlay with configurable package terminology and separate card / overlay price toggles
- Disposition Images — Show images on disposition options, with an icon fallback and a per-item image picker in the config panel
- Video & Tabs — Fullscreen Video playback with Button/Link display modes, and configurable active-tab colors on Additional Services
Workflow & Connections
New automation triggers and clearer visibility into what's synced with Connections.
- Obituary Triggers — New ObituaryGenerated and ObituaryApproved workflow triggers so automations can fire when an obituary is created or approved
- Manual Move-to-Step — A cleaner manual "move to step" experience in workflows
- Connections Sync Indicator — An at-a-glance sync indicator on the case overview and a dashboard column so you can see what's shared
