Smart Address Entry, Arranger 2.0 Layouts & Corporate Price Lists

July 2026 | Solution Center Dev Team

Sprint 2026.11 makes everyday work faster and sharper. Start typing any address and let the system finish it — everywhere addresses are entered. Shape the Arranger with new Top and Bottom navigation layouts, a live-preview Configure modal, and a family-facing progress bar. Manage pricing across the whole corporation with price list export and import, dial in AI obituary length, and trust your DOMO DailySales numbers to reconcile with your reports.

Smart Address Entry, Everywhere

Typing full addresses is slow and error-prone — so we stopped making you do it. Address fields across Solution Center now suggest real, verified US addresses as you type, powered by Azure Maps. Pick a suggestion and the street, city, state, ZIP, and even township fill themselves in.

Where you'll see it:
  • People — person editors, the Arranger's people forms, person search, and managed lists
  • Cases — the Vitals residence address and Arranger 2.0 forms, including the new Gathering location form
  • Locations — location search and editors, including mailing, shipping, and billing addresses
  • And beyond — hospice organizations, PartingStone ship-to, and funding sign-up

Suggestions map cleanly onto our state and county lists, and you can always keep typing free-form if the address isn't in the suggestions — nothing is forced.

Arranger 2.0 Layouts & Configuration

More control over how the arrangement looks and flows — for the funeral home configuring it and for the family moving through it.

  • Top & Bottom Navigation Layouts — Place the arranger navigation along the top or bottom of the page, with new settings to shape each
  • Page Progress Bar — The Minimal layout gains a progress bar so families always know where they are in the arrangement
  • Live-Preview Configure Modal — A new two-pane Configure experience shows your layout changes in a live preview as you make them
  • Drag-and-Drop People — Reorder People on Case by dragging them into place
  • On-Brand Section Headers — Vital section headers now pick up your Branding Kit's primary color
  • Smarter Selection Guide — Selection Guide steps follow each catalog's own GPL selection guide numbers

AI Obituary Length Controls

AI-generated obituaries now come in the size you ask for. Before generating, choose Small, Medium, or Large — the generator aims for that length instead of deciding on its own.

  • Length Selector — A pre-generate prompt lets the writer pick Small, Medium, or Large before the AI drafts anything
  • Word-Count Targeting — The chosen length feeds a soft word-count target into the AI generation itself
  • Configurable Maximum — Funeral homes can set a maximum word count on the Obituary component

Corporate Price List Export & Import

Pricing across a whole organization no longer means editing one company at a time. Export price lists corporation-wide, work them over in a spreadsheet, and import them back — with Matthews account numbers keeping every row matched to the right company.

  • Corporation-Wide Export — Pull price lists for every company in the corporation into one file, generated by a background job so large organizations don't wait on the screen
  • Round-Trip Import — Bring the edited file back in with reliable item matching
  • Manufacturer on the Retail Price List — Casket price lists now show the manufacturer in print, Word, and Excel output

DOMO DailySales You Can Reconcile

DOMO's DailySales dataset got a precision pass so its numbers line up with the reports your accountants already trust.

  • No More Dropped Cases — Cases are exported when they post, so cases posted after their first call date no longer slip through the cracks
  • Package Itemization — An opt-in setting breaks packages out into their items, with a new Package Name column
  • Contract-Level Sales Tax — Sales tax now flows into DailySales at the contract level
  • Reconciles to the PSR — DailySales totals now match the Preliminary Sales Report's row scope and tax math

Under the Hood

A few things landed below the waterline this sprint:

  • Logos Everywhere — Funeral home and company logos now flow to media storage so classic screens and reports render them too
  • Smoother SSRS Reports — Changing report parameters updates the report in place instead of reloading the whole page
  • Fresher Assets — Stale browser caches of framework assets are busted automatically after deployments
  • Environment Banner — Non-production environments show a dismissible header so testers always know where they are

Bug Fixes

  • #10832: Remains tab Date Signed and Certifier/ME/Coroner fields persist reliably and no longer flash
  • #10611: Cremation, Death Certificate, Cemetery, and Veteran tabs save even when older duplicate rows exist
  • #10774: Tennessee single-article sales tax computes cent-exact across brackets
  • #10775: Engraving dialog no longer closes itself right after opening
  • #10776: GPL Services list supports drag-reorder and shows item codes

  • #10796: Detailed Cremation Report start date no longer freezes the parameter prompt
  • #10818: Connections dropdowns load reliably and bio pages no longer bounce to the access-code screen
  • #10830: Payments search handles empty input and names with special characters
  • #10836 / #10837: Batch sync status tolerates duplicate rows, and unmapped companies return an empty list instead of an error
  • #10736: Packages marked Both or Not Specified appear on the Family Connections package page
  • #10753: Township shows in the location picker and copies into person addresses
  • #10847: Prevent-backdating is enforced on trade firm invoice payments
  • #10854: Syncfusion component crashes and interop races resolved across the app
  • #10855: Product images fall back to the item master image when no item-code media exists
  • #10858: Obituary length controls recover after clearing the max word count
  • #10860: Connections residence address renders as entered, and the bottom navigation lays out correctly

What's Next?

Address autocomplete gives us a foundation we'll keep building on — expect suggestions to reach more forms and more of the data around them. The new Arranger layout system opens the door to richer arrangement designs, and the page activity groundwork laid this sprint will power deeper usage insight in releases to come.

As always, if you run into issues or have feature requests, let us know.
